Ana Galdino Assessoria is a São Paulo-based educational consultancy specializing in international exchange programs. For over 25 years, Ana Galdino has been helping Brazilians access life-changing opportunities abroad, whether that means enrolling in a university degree, studying and working in another country, or simply taking a language course while traveling. With a wide network of partner colleges and universities around the world, the company guides clients through every type of international experience, from short-term programs to full academic journeys.

Beyond finding the right opportunity, Ana Galdino Assessoria also handles the entire visa process for multiple destinations, bringing decades of expertise to one of the most complex and stressful parts of going abroad. Their support does not stop at the airport gate either. They stay alongside students throughout their time in the destination country, offering ongoing assistance every step of the way.

When Ana came to me, her website was offline and her brand no longer reflected where she and her business were headed. After more than two decades in the industry, she was ready to professionalize her operation and position herself for growth.

She needed a brand identity that felt modern, credible, and aligned with the world of travel and international education, and a website that could properly communicate the full scope of what she offers, across multiple services and multiple destinations.

I began with branding, because before building anything visual, I needed to understand the essence of what Ana Galdino Assessoria truly represented. I worked closely with Ana to define the brand's positioning, purpose, and personality, grounding every decision in her experience, her clients, and the world of international opportunities she opens doors to.

With the strategy in place, I developed a complete visual identity that felt fresh and contemporary while staying connected to the spirit of travel and discovery. Ana loved the result. It was a brand that finally matched the level of expertise and care she had been delivering for over 25 years.

From there, I moved into website development, building the site on Webflow. The main challenge was architectural: Ana offers a wide range of services across many international destinations, and presenting all of that clearly without overwhelming visitors required careful thinking about structure and content hierarchy. My goal was to make it immediately clear that her services extend across all destinations she works with, so no visitor would leave the site unsure of what she could do for them.

The website delivered strong results over time. With monthly SEO work carried out after launch, her organic traffic grew by 80%, bringing more of the right people to a platform that was now fully equipped to convert them.
