GoEasy School
A complete digital ecosystem for an online English language school.

About the company
GoEasy School was an online language learning platform founded by Andrea, an English teacher with a clear mission: take Brazilian students from zero to fluency. Together with two fellow teachers, Andrea set out to build more than just a course.
She wanted to create a complete learning journey where students could grow, practice, and eventually master the English language from anywhere in Brazil.
The challenge
When GoEasy School came to me, they had the expertise and the passion, but no digital infrastructure to match it. Potential students had no easy way to discover their offerings, understand their plans, or sign up. And once someone did express interest, there was no smooth process to convert them into paying students.
Beyond acquisition, there was another layer to solve: teachers needed a dedicated space where students could book classes, access learning materials, and engage with the community, all in one place. The business was losing leads simply because the right tools were not there to catch them.
The result
I started where every good solution begins, with research. I mapped the competitive landscape, studying how other online language platforms operated, what tools they used, and what experiences they were delivering to students. This was not a straightforward process. At the time, building a custom student portal without the AI-powered development tools available today meant thinking creatively and methodically about every decision.
After deep exploration of tools, features, and workflows, I identified a white-label platform that could power the student portal, giving GoEasy School a branded, fully functional environment where students could book classes, access materials, and connect with their learning community. Alongside it, I built a website that clearly communicated their offer and made purchasing a plan as simple as a few clicks.
The result was a complete ecosystem: a website that turned visitors into buyers, and a portal that turned buyers into students. With a proper acquisition and onboarding flow in place, GoEasy School stopped losing leads to friction and started building the student base their teaching quality had always deserved.
