About the company
The Fix List is an AI-powered marketing and website audit platform built specifically for business owners. The idea behind it is simple but powerful: instead of hiring multiple specialists or spending hours trying to diagnose what is holding their business back online, business owners can come to The Fix List and receive a complete, structured audit covering their website, marketing presence, and social media, all in one place.
The platform analyzes what is missing, what is underperforming, and what needs attention, then delivers a clear, actionable report they can actually use.
The challenge
The Fix List came to me as a concept that had not yet taken shape anywhere in the market. There was no existing tool that did quite what they envisioned, which made it both an exciting and technically complex challenge to solve.
Beyond building a compelling website that could communicate the value of the service clearly, the platform also needed to actually work: users had to be able to learn about the service, pay for it, trigger the analysis process, and receive their audit report, all through a seamless and reliable flow. Building that end-to-end experience from scratch, with no existing template to follow, was the real challenge.
The result
Because this was a genuinely new kind of product, I started by deeply researching the problem space, studying how similar audit tools and AI-driven services operated and identifying what a first-class experience would look like for a non-technical business owner audience.
The website was built on Webflow as a focused, modern landing page designed to do one job exceptionally well: communicate the value of the audit quickly and convert visitors into paying customers. The design was clean and contemporary, structured to guide users naturally from understanding what The Fix List does to taking action.
The more complex layer of the project was the operational infrastructure behind it. A series of automations and custom workflows were built to connect the different parts of the service together, from payment processing through to the analysis pipeline and final delivery of the audit to the client. These workflows were what transformed the website from a marketing page into a functioning product, making sure that every step from purchase to delivery happened reliably and without manual intervention.
The result was a fully operational platform, launched from scratch, with a polished front-end experience and the technical backbone to deliver on its promise from day one.
