Warriors Soccer
Giving a grassroots soccer club the digital presence it deserves.

About the company
Edmonton Warriors Soccer Club is a community-driven club offering Boys and Girls Premier Programs for players from U9 through U17. With roots going back to 1988, the club has grown from a single U-12 boys team into a full organization that develops well-rounded athletes through teamwork, competition, and a strong sense of community.
Warriors teams consistently place high in league standings, competing at provincial and national levels, and graduates of the program have gone on to play at universities across Canada and the United States. Fueled by passion and sustained by dedicated volunteers, the club is as much about building character as it is about developing players.
The challenge
Warriors Soccer came to me with an urgent need: their website had aged out of relevance. The old platform was difficult to navigate, hard to update, and no longer reflected the energy and ambition of a club that had been growing for decades.
Managing information had become a constant struggle, and the public-facing experience simply did not do justice to what the club represented. They needed a modern digital presence that could keep up with their operations and properly communicate the spirit of what they do.
The result
The project started with a clear intent: bring the Warriors Soccer experience to life online. Rather than just reorganizing content, the goal was to capture the culture and lifestyle of the club, the early morning trainings, the competitive drive, the community bonds, and translate that into a website that felt alive and authentic to the game.
Built on Webflow, the new site began with a complete rethink of the information architecture. The previous structure made it hard for visitors to find what they needed, so I rebuilt the sitemap from the ground up, creating a logical and intuitive flow that serves both new families exploring the club and existing members looking for updates.
Equally important was giving the Warriors team real ownership of their own platform. The new site was built so staff and volunteers could independently manage everything they needed, from team member pages and registration forms to uploaded documents and announcements, without relying on outside help for every change.
The result is a website that finally matches the level of the club: structured, clear, and built to grow with them.
